All of us know the painful feeling of joint pain.

Sometimes the pain occurs while I’m seating .But, I learned to fight it.I made an ointment from a recipe I found on a Russian folk medicine site. The ingredients are very simple. And today, I’ll share this recipe with you.

Recipe:

• Honey;
• Mustard;
• Salt;
• Soda.



Take one tablespoon of all the ingredients.

Consumption:

Apply the ointment on the affected area, compress it with a plastic bag and tie with a wool scarf. Keep it on for 1.5 to 2 hours. It’s best to apply it before bed time.

Repeat the treatment for 4 to 5 days. You’ll feel the effect after the first treatment. Store the ointment in the refrigerator.

You won’t believe what mustard can do for you. This delicious condiment is made from medicinal herbs. In addition to being used in medicine against the painful joints, you can use it for other purposes. 


When you feel burns, apply a thicker layer and the pain will go away. If you have a headache, apply it to the forehead and temples. When you have a cold and scratchy throat, swallow a teaspoon of mustard.
