How To Make DIY Aloe Vera Gel – Simple Recipe (Video)

Aloe vera plant grows really fast and that is one of its main benefits. It has plenty of leaves and you can use them to make homemade aloe vera gel.

Natural aloe vera gel has a bitter taste, but you can take at least a teaspoon right after the extraction. It is great for your oral health.

                                                       Here is the original recipe:

Use the “meat” of the leaf after you prepare it as shown in the video below.

Cut off the lower leaves of the plant and rinse them well. Set them at an angle of 45 degrees. Let the yellow liquid drain. This liquid is a strong laxative and some people can spend the whole day in the whole day in the toilet.

Hard leaves are a great indication that the plant is healthy. Aloe vera plant should be at least 2-3 years old.

Once the liquid drains, cut off about 5cm of the ends, as you do not need that part of the leaves. If the leaves are too big, cut it in a few sections.

You can use pure aloe vera gel, but you can also combine it with the following ingredients:

• ¼ cup aloe vera gel and finely chopped young leaves
• 1/8 tsp citric acid
• ¼ tsp vitamin E oil
• 1 tsp coconut oil

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Put the gel in a container with a tight lid.

Keep it in the fridge for about a month.

Aloe vera gel is amazing for burns and skin problems and inflammation. It cools and hydrates skin. Apply it on the affected area and you will soon feel some relief. You can also use the gel for other recipes based on aloe vera, by adding different ingredients to it.
