Recipe:
• 7 cups spring or filtered water
• 1 cup 100 percent cranberry juice
• ¼ teaspoon dry ginger
• ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
• ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation:
Heat water on the fire before the boil, add the cranberry juice, then add the spices and let it boil at the lowest temperature for 20 minutes. When cooled to room temperature, add orange juice and lemon. The amount is intended for one day.
