Home remedy for children and adults
Ingredients:
100g raisins
100g walnuts
100g almonds
lemon peel (use 2 organic lemons)
100g dried apricots
100g prunes
250-300g honey
If possible, add 100 grams of pine nuts – they are amazing when it comes to strengthening your immune system.
Preparation:
First, grind the nuts. Grind the lemon peel and raisins together, and pour in some lemon juice. Add prunes and dried apricots and stir everything together.
Finally, add some honey and leave the mixture in a dark place for 2 days.
Children older than 3 should take a tablespoon, and adults can take 2 tablespoons of the remedy three times a day. Keep the remedy in your fridge.
